What the forms collect

The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number and your message.

The quote form collects these details:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• The address and the APN of the property.
• The type of survey you need.
• Your message.
• Any files you attach.

How the office uses it

The office uses what you send to answer your request.

Who handles it

Formgate is the form service that receives and stores what you send, with any files you attach. Synetix Systems runs Formgate.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a visitor is a person. It runs when you use a form.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits. It uses IP-based location only. It does not use advertising features.

Analytics events do not carry your name, email address, phone number, address, APN, message or file name.

Map on the Contact page

The Contact page shows a map from Google. When the map loads, Google can see your IP address and can set cookies. No other page loads the map.
